Two longtime friends from Central Michigan with a love for our Catalina’s & Hot Sauce!

In the summer of 2018 Adam had just bought a motorhome to fix and travel around with. When he called TJ to tell him the news and discuss plans & dreams for the future, TJ revealed one of his dreams was to make his own hot sauce. Adam shared in his dream and his obsession of hot sauce. When TJ said he was going to name the company after his classic Catalina car, Adam flipped the FaceTime camera around to reveal his new pride and joy was also named Catalina. At that point they both knew they needed to fulfill this destiny.
